  When I was pregnant with my first son, the care was okay. No complaints, but definitely nothing to brag about. I was always taken into my appointment 15 minutes later than my scheduled time, minimum. Towards the end of my second trimester, they moved locations. Even with a larger facility, the care didn't improve. The communication between doctors and nurses is atrocious. I assumed it was because of the change and didn't complain. Regardless of the fact that my wait time per EVERY appointment drew close to an hour. 30 minutes minimum. Now, pregnant with my second baby. Almost three years later. I've had one appointment and am already disappointed and don't plan to go back. The wait time is still longer than I am comfortable with. 20 minutes later than my scheduled time is too long. A week later, I had ONE call from a nurse who left a snotty voicemail saying "we've been trying to reach you for days" after the very first call. I call back to find out what's going on and they couldnt figure it out. After ten minutes on hold, We ended the conversation with a nurse pressuring me into nausea medication that I already decided against with my midwife. Now today, I go to pick up my prenatal vitamins, come to find out they were never called in. So I call and again speak with a snotty nurse who proceeds to argue with me. After I tell her the name and town of my pharmacy, she says "well there's a bunch of those in that town" when in fact there is only one. She wanted me to specify instead of taking my word for it, I had to google the street it was on before she would take it for an answer. I have never had such a hard time getting vitamins in my life.
